Zyfra-CII Digital Conference recording – How to use digitalization to transform business during the COVID-19 instability

The CII Digital Conference, which focused mainly on how digitalization can help Indian Industry during the COVID-19 instability, took place on April 28th. Among the speakers were, Prof. S.K. Pal - Lord Kumar Bhattacharyya Chair Professor at IIT Kharagpur, Mr. Rajesh Burase - Zyfra Director, Mr. Kapil Malhotra - Data Engineer at Google Cloud, and the session was moderated by Mr Ravi Raghavan - Co-Chairman of CII National Committee on CG.

Prof. S K Pal, Lord Kumar Bhattacharyya Chair Professor at IIT Kharagpur:

“Our priorities at the moment fall into three phases: Survival, Phase Recovery, and Business as Usual, and digital transformation is one of the ways to move directly into the third phase and build more resilient business. How to recover after the lockdown period ends? How fast can they come to the business? There are fundamental questions – what are the weaknesses, where did we make costly decisions and why, and what could have helped? Answering these questions, the industry will become more resilient and agile”.
